CodeDrop Privacy Notice

Local processing. The desktop app connects to Gmail using read-only OAuth permission and performs rule-based detection locally. It does not use an AI model to interpret the inbox and cannot send or delete Gmail messages through that permission.

Website and checkout. Whop provides the embedded checkout and processes buyer identity, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and transaction information under Whop’s terms. CodeDrop keeps only the minimal fulfilment records needed to confirm payment and deliver the installer: a payment identifier, plan identifier, purchase status, and timestamps. CodeDrop does not copy the purchaser’s email address into its fulfilment database.

Cookies and local storage. The website uses local storage to remember dismissal of the cookie notice. Essential checkout, authentication, load-balancing, security, and fraud-prevention technologies may be used by the hosting provider and Whop. We do not currently use optional advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention and sharing. Fulfilment records are kept only as reasonably necessary for delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, support, and legal obligations. Information may be shared with providers needed to host the site, process payment, deliver files, provide email, or comply with law. CodeDrop does not sell personal data.

Security and rights. Reasonable technical measures are used, but no service is completely secure. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to a competent authority. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes.
