CodeDrop Terms and Conditions
Version: 13 August 2026
Important. These Terms govern the purchase, download, installation, and use of CodeDrop. By accepting them or using CodeDrop, you enter into an agreement with the independent operator of CodeDrop. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, install, or use the software. Customer support and legal contact: vajkvizhanyo@gmail.com.
1. Product. CodeDrop is a Windows utility that connects to Gmail with read-only permission and uses local, deterministic rules to surface likely verification codes and confirmation links. It cannot send, edit, or delete Gmail messages through that permission. Detection may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
2. Licence. After successful payment, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use CodeDrop on Windows devices you own or control. You may not resell, distribute, sublicense, rent, circumvent access controls, or use it to access another person’s communications without permission, except where mandatory law expressly allows an act.
3. Payment and delivery. The advertised price is USD 5 as a one-time payment unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Whop processes payment. After Whop confirms a successful payment, the CodeDrop website supplies a time-limited installer download. Do not share receipt identifiers, download tokens, or licensed copies.
4. Immediate supply and withdrawal. By requesting the download, you expressly request immediate supply of digital content before any otherwise applicable withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that, where applicable law permits, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. Requirements. CodeDrop is intended for supported 64-bit editions of Windows 10 and Windows 11. Setup requires internet access, a compatible Google account, and completion of Google’s OAuth configuration. Google, Microsoft, Whop, or other providers may change systems and policies in ways that affect operation.
6. Privacy and security. Gmail detection is performed locally using rules rather than an AI model interpreting the inbox. You are responsible for your Google account, Windows device, OAuth credentials, and backups. Review every surfaced link before opening it. Detection does not establish that a sender or destination is trustworthy.
7. Acceptable use. Do not use CodeDrop unlawfully, without account authorisation, or for fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, privacy violations, or interference with third-party services.
8. Third parties. CodeDrop interoperates with Google, Microsoft, Whop, payment processors, and internet providers, each governed by separate terms. CodeDrop is not endorsed by or affiliated with them. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, we are not responsible for their outages, account decisions, policy changes, or discontinuation.
9. Updates. We may provide fixes, compatibility updates, security updates, or new versions. Lifetime access means continued use of the purchased version and access to updates generally made available for that purchase; it does not promise that every future feature, separate product, service, or platform is free forever. Mandatory update obligations remain unaffected.
10. Support. Reasonable-efforts support is available at vajkvizhanyo@gmail.com. Do not email passwords, complete payment-card details, OAuth client secrets, or unnecessary email content.
11. Disclaimer. CodeDrop is a convenience utility, not an identity provider, antivirus product, password manager, security guarantee, or professional service. It is not designed for safety-critical use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is supplied “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every message, or fitness for every purpose.
12. Statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, data-protection duties, or remedies. Consumers may have rights where digital content is not supplied or is not in conformity, including repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, or refund as provided by applicable law.
13. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or purely economic loss, or lost profit, revenue, business, opportunity, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings. Where liability may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed the price paid for the affected licence. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory data-protection liability, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. User responsibility. Verify codes and links, maintain backups, secure the device, and keep Windows and account recovery details current. Do not rely on CodeDrop as the only way to obtain an urgent message; open Gmail directly if needed.
15. Intellectual property. CodeDrop’s code, design, branding, documentation, and original assets remain protected by intellectual-property law. The purchase transfers a licence, not ownership or source code.
16. Termination. You may uninstall at any time. We may terminate a licence for material uncured breach or immediately for serious fraud, abuse, security, or legal risk. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
17. Refunds and disputes. Send refund requests to vajkvizhanyo@gmail.com with the purchase email and receipt reference. Requests are assessed under the offer, Whop rules, and mandatory consumer law. This does not limit non-waivable rights to contact a payment provider, authority, or court.
18. Governing law. Hungarian law governs, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections in the consumer’s habitual country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable mandatory law.
19. Changes. We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons. The accepted version continues to govern the purchase except where mandatory change or separately accepted terms apply.
20. Severability and contact. If a term is unenforceable, it is limited only as necessary; the remainder continues. Questions, complaints, privacy requests, and legal notices: vajkvizhanyo@gmail.com.
